Application

YAMASA DS Diamond burnishing tools are appropriate for machining linear, rotational-symmetric surfaces with adjacent radii or compound curves, such as cylindrical components, outer tapers, faces and cylindrical as well as bores and inner tapers. The tools provide as well as surface hardness and at low rate calibration (measurement accuracy) beside of burnishing. The tools provide time saving through a high processing power and speed and this is a motive to prefer  for the serial production.

Tool Structure

DS diamond burnishing tool consists of a 180° rotary roller head and tool holder. The shank that will be tied to the machine can be delivered as square 20 /25 / 32 or cylindrical.
